Between DHRC and HWRA we were only able to raise a team of 6 against the RAFTRC on Sunday 13th April 2025. The RAFTRC entered 2 teams and it was agreed that the best 5 scores from each team would count.

After a couple of weeks of warm sunny weather, Sunday was rather cool with a fresh wind, and Tom and Dorothy got a thorough soaking at 900 yards. This unfortunately led to problems with water in their rifle beddings.

Due to the issues at 900 yards and the tricky wind, we ran out of time and Tim was unable to take his turn to shoot.

The RAFTRC were on top form and both of their teams beat ours by quite a large margin.

Well done to Edward for being our top man with a score of 190.16
