Despite the forecast, we had a dry day with sunny spells. The at times cool wind was very tricky, especially at long range which occasionally caught a few people out.
We decided to self coach as we hadn’t had many practice shoots this year and wanted to use the match as preparation for the Imperial Meeting in July.

As you can see, the Navy won by 29 points. Their top scorer was W. Putter (Vern) with 198.34 (that included an incredible 50.10 at 1000 yards). Our top scorer was Paul with 191.20
